The project idea was born with the intention of realising an exclusive allotment with private entrance, consisting of completely independent single or semi-detached villas.
The villas have their own identity and characterisation, sharing the same high quality materials for the building coverings.
The common areas are accompanied by the same floral, naturalistic patterning with the perforated sheet metal parapets a distinctive and exclusive element of the project.

The project idea was born with the intention of creating an exclusive residence with a private entrance, consisting of single or semi-detached villas.
The intention was to create an internal road system that allows the best possible access to all the villas. The road is mainly at the service of the owners of the villas, while guests will be able to park outside in the appropriate parking spaces.
A lot of work has been done on the chromatic aspect and the combination of colours with the
different materials.
These will relate to all the exclusive parapets of the villas, which will in fact be one of the most
characteristic elements of the entire residence.
All the main parapets will be made of light-coloured perforated metal sheets with a design that recalls a floral motif. The main entrance features a large marble-clad wall with the logo backlit.
